Trial period

We may offer a trial subscription or an introductory pricing period for new users. Unless you cancel at least 72 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged the price according to the subscription plan you selected at checkout.

Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or as otherwise specified based on the plan you chose during purchase). The subscription will continue to renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Payment Method

Upon confirming your purchase, the payment method you provided will be charged. By completing the transaction, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to that payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds except where required by applicable law. You gain immediate access to our platform and premium features when you purchase a subscription to BigMotion. At that moment, the service is considered fully delivered, and your right to cancel or withdraw is no longer applicable.

If such a case arises, you may qualify for a full refund, provided all the following conditions are met:

a) You must have purchased the subscription directly through our official website. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

b) You must email our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your original purchase and before your subscription period ends. We will not consider requests submitted after this timeframe.

Important Note: This Money Back Policy applies only to verified technical issues outlined above. It does not cover other situations such as personal preferences (e.g., disliking the product, accidental purchase, or misunderstanding the subscription terms, etc) or financial reasons (e.g., unexpected charges, automatic renewal, or trial-to-subscription conversions, etc).

Unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law, payments made for our services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if you do not meet the conditions mentioned above. At our sole discretion, we may review individual refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, we are under no obligation to grant them.

If you live in California or Connecticut, you can cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date. If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund.
